Do you deliver and install in Brisbane?
Yes. We're Queensland-based, so Brisbane and South East Queensland are core territory - we deliver and install locally, and freight Australia-wide for jobs outside the region.
How long does delivery take for a Brisbane order?
Timeframes depend on the model and whether it's in stock - most Brisbane-area orders are delivered and installed within a few weeks of confirming your quote. Ask us for a current estimate when you enquire.
Do you install the units, or just deliver them?
We handle delivery and installation for Brisbane customers, so your new fridge, freezer or display case is set up and running, not just dropped at the door.
What warranty comes with a Chill Pro unit?
Every unit comes with a 2-year parts & labour warranty, and we're on hand locally in QLD for servicing and support.
