Factory Orders & Shipping Update
This was a busy month for factory orders and shipping: a 40-foot container of 17 cabinets arrived, more than 40 cabinets are now energy-certified, we completed a custom 8-metre butcher display, delivered our first SPAR order, and our 3D showcase and new Hot Display are both launching soon.
This month has been incredibly busy with orders to our factories, arranging shipping, and managing the supply of containers.
We recently received an order for a customised 8-metre setup, which includes three multideck display units with doors designed for a butcher shop. One of the cabinets is equipped with hanging hooks for the display of produce with an amazing look. Another order was placed for a butcher case display of nearly 4 metres, featuring squared glass and a sleek coloured black finish.
A 40-foot container carrying 17 cabinets arrived in late November. All these cabinets proudly showcase our Chill Pro Star Rating for energy efficiency. To meet this standard, we supply 120 pages of detailed test results to certifiers, who then return a comprehensive 3-page certification document. This is submitted to the regulatory department for Australian approvals. So far, approximately 40 cabinets have been approved, a milestone we are proud to achieve. The Chill Pro Star Rating reflects each cabinet's measured energy consumption, with higher ratings indicating lower running costs for our customers.
Packaging has been a key focus to ensure safe transit. All products are carefully wrapped, tied with cardboard, and packed securely in crates to minimise the risk of damage.
This month, we delivered our first cabinet fitted with drink slides to SPAR Kalbar. Photos of these cabinets will be uploaded to our website shortly—stay tuned!
Speaking of our website, we’re thrilled to share that we are working on launching a 3D interactive product showcase. While this has taken time and effort, we believe it will be an excellent tool to highlight our products and provide an engaging experience for our customers.
Finally, we’re eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new Hot Display next month. We’re excited to see its performance in the field. More updates on this product will follow soon.
